Old Mutual Asset Management Executive Team

Peter Bain is President and Chief Executive Officer of Old Mutual Asset Management (OMAM), the U.S. based global asset management business of Old Mutual plc. He serves on the Executive Committee of Old Mutual plc and as a Director on the Board of OMAM. Peter has more than two decades of experience leading and advising firms in the investment management industry.

Previously he was a Senior Executive Vice President at Legg Mason, Inc. where he held leadership positions from 2000 to 2009. Most recently he served as Head of Affiliate Management and Corporate Strategy where he oversaw the firm's investment managers. Prior to that, he served as Chief Administrative Officer where he was responsible for the firm's overall administration and operations. Peter received a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Trinity College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated with honors in General Scholarship. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.

Linda Gibson is Executive Vice President and Head of Global Distribution of Old Mutual Asset Management. Her responsibilities include overseeing global distribution, marketing, communications and trust services. She serves as Chairman of the Board of Old Mutual Asset Management Trust Company and is a member of the Board of Old Mutual Asset Management as well as various affiliated companies. Linda has been with Old Mutual Asset Management since 2000 and has held various executive positions including Chief Operating Officer, Head of Affiliate Management and General Counsel. Prior to joining Old Mutual in 2000, Linda served as Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel of Signature Financial Group, Inc. (formerly a division of Massachusetts Financial Services Company). Linda received her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and holds a BA in mathematics from Bates College.

Steve Belgrad is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Old Mutual Asset Management. Steve's responsibilities include Finance, Corporate Development, Legal, and IT/ Operations. Steve also Chairs OMAM's Seed Capital Committee and serves on Old Mutual plc's Group Capital Management Committee and the Board of Old Mutual (US) Holdings.

Previously Steve was the Chief Financial Officer of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited (HVPE), a closed-end investment company which has a dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext. Steve also held positions at Affiliated Managers Group in the New Investments area and was Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Janus Capital Group. Steve received a BA in Economics (cum laude) from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Aidan Riordan is Executive Vice President, Head of Affiliate Management at Old Mutual Asset Management. He is responsible for the oversight and development of OMAM's portfolio of Affiliate firms. Aidan represents OMAM on Affiliate Boards and assists in strategic planning, capital investment, mergers and acquisitions and new investments.

Aidan has over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Old Mutual, Aidan was a Partner at Calvert Street Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm, and has held positions with Castle Harlan, Inc. and Merrill Lynch in the real estate investment banking group. Aidan began his career at Berkshire Capital Corporation, a New York-based investment bank specializing in providing M&A services to the investment management industry. From 2007 to 2010 Aidan served on the Board of Directors of Highbury Financial, Inc., a publicly traded asset management holding company. Aidan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration degree in Finance from Columbia Business School.

Christopher Hadley is Executive Vice President, Head of Human Resources of Old Mutual Asset Management. Chris is responsible for formulating the strategy and providing services for acquiring, developing and retaining our talent.

Having joined OMAM in 2006, Chris has over 20 years' experience in human resources having specialized in leadership development, organizational culture, succession, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits. Chris was previously the Head of Compensation at Putnam Investments. Prior to joining Putnam, Chris was a Human Resources Manager with Fleet Financial Group, where he started his career. Chris received his BS from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
